Terms of Service

By using photofix.site, the PhotoFix mobile applications, or any related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What PhotoFix provides
PhotoFix is a software tool that helps you format photographs and signatures to common government portal specifications (dimensions, background colour, file size). We source specs from official notifications and publish a last-verified date on each preset page.
PhotoFix is an independent utility. We are not affiliated with the Government of India, Passport Seva, UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, state PSCs, or any embassy. You are responsible for confirming that your export meets the current rules on the portal where you submit.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the tool only for lawful document applications and personal photos you have the right to edit.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment for paid presets except through legitimate restore flows.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers or APIs.
- Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or third-party copyrighted material you do not own.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at support@photofix.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Purchases and pricing
Some presets and export features require a one-time payment processed through Razorpay. Prices are shown before checkout in INR. Purchases are non-recurring unless explicitly stated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. No guarantee of acceptance
We strive for accurate presets and a helpful checklist, but we do not guarantee that any portal will accept your photo or signature. Portals change rules, run manual review, and may reject files for reasons outside our control (recency, dress code, name/date overlay, etc.).
6. Intellectual property
The PhotoFix name, site design, preset definitions, and written content are owned by Elvento. You retain ownership of photos you create. We do not claim rights to your personal images.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvento is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or re-application fees — arising from use of PhotoFix. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India unless mandatory consumer protection law in your state provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
