Common rejection reasons for IBPS
1. Signature scanned on lined or grey paper. IBPS uploads expect black ink on plain white paper. Notebook lines and shadows read as smudges at low KB.
2. Signature in block capitals. Many recruitment boards reject all-caps signatures. Sign the way you normally sign documents.
3. File compressed below readability. Under-compressing destroys stroke detail. Stay inside the KB window — not under the minimum.
4. Wrong dimensions or aspect ratio. The canvas must match the notification exactly (140 × 60 px). Stretching a wide scan to fit fails automated checks.
5. Wrong file format.
JPG only. Renaming a PNG to .jpg does not convert the file — the portal detects this.
